Mayor Palicpic’s Message

“Taun-taon at sa palagian, binibigyan po natin sa local government ng malaking pondo ang (sektor ng) pampalakasan,” Mayor Palicpic said in her inspirational message to the winning athletes and coaches.

Relating sport to gender equality, the honorable mayor stated, “Pinagmamasdan ko kayo, mga players.

Before ending her message, Mayor Palicpic made the athletes feel how proud she is of them. Thank you for mapping again the name of Pagbilao in the whole of CALABARZON, and hopefully in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao – not only because of the trophy, but because you are able to develop within yourselves the values of sportsmanship. Always be thankful to your trainers, parents and teachers that you are always safe when you come back home and that you are bringing medals and awards to our beloved town.”

Also present in the activity were Public Schools District Supervisor Aurea J. Gandia, District PESS Coordinator Meriel M. Merjudio, EPS-MAPEH/PESS Dr. Marita A. Pionilla, and the Sports Management Committee members composing of Nimfa Realingo, Jeanette Tan, Oly Gasis and Perlita Elfa. Binahaan Integrated School Principal Rommel V. Roperez served as master of ceremony.
