Legislative Flagship Program
The POWERS++++ Program, as presented, complements the initiatives of the HEARTS program insinuated by Mayor Angelica Portes-Tatlonghari. This will require pieces of legislation to be enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Shierre Ann Portes-Palicpic.
POWERS++++ indicates the legislative measures needed to be accomplished and realized within the three-year term, namely:
P - Promulgation of Quality Local Legislation aligned to Overall Development Plans
O - Ordinance Codification, in support to fundamental welfare of PagbilaoWINS
W - Winning Legislative Actions for excellent programs on Health, Agriculture, Education and Economic Stir Up
E - Empowerment of Barangay Legislative Bodies and Civil Society Organizations
R - Reformation of S.B. Standing Committees to ensure optimum performance
S - Sangguniang Bayan #AtYour Service towards pro-active, collaborative, effective, and transparent governance
